Quanta Laboratories President Dr. Hong-sun Liu, founding father of Quanta Laboratories in 1985, received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in the College of California at Berkeley, along with a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering in the College of Washington. Dr. Liu gives Quanta Labs over 40 experience in ecological testing. He’s extensive experience of research, development and testing of mechanical and electronics, theoretical and experimental stress analysis, shock, vibration, and ecological testing and it is a author/cause of Test Magazine. Over his career, Dr. Liu is promoting 4 patents in ecological testing and it has established themself like a distinguished engineer within the Plastic Valley. Additionally to his industrial experience, Dr. Liu has additionally trained engineering courses in the College of California at Berkeley and engineering and business courses at San Jose Condition College. Dr. Liu regularly conducts and teaches Ecological Stress Screening (ESS, HALT, and HASS) workshops.
